Training Manager（培训经理）面议

Report to HK Senior Training & Development Manager; 
Organize and facilitate training programs for line managers and sales personnel in PRC with IMX specified training culture methodology to enhance our customer's services and loyalty. 
Monitor and coordinate closely with IMX training team for all sales training schedules or related trainings for PRC stores. Ensure their training materials are in line with IMX training culture. 
Identify and propose training needs for different departments and levels. 
Prepare annual training budget and schedule for the coming seasons. 
Consolidate feedback from training participants for review and improvement 
Liaison with training institutions for special training project 
Travel to PRC when required.
