职位描述
任职资格：
1. 大专以上学历，服装纺织相关，3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉纺织服装行业，熟悉服装工艺，生产管理,供应链管理,熟练进行生产成本核算并具有财务基础知识；
2. 有的组织协调能力和计划能力，具有成本意识和商务谈判能力，具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，具有良好的质量意识；
3. 严谨务实、精细节约、能承受工作压力；
4. 有一定的辅料供应商资源。
岗位职责：
1. 采购管理：组织实施产品采购，对采购合同的执行过程进行监控，并协调处理合同执行过程的突发事件，帐务核对与结算工作；
2. 供应商管理：负责组织建设供应商管理体系，开发合格供应商，对供应商进行评定并建立供应商管理档案；
3. 成本控制管理：根据公司相关财务制度及公司利润指标要求，对采购成本进行预算及分解；
4. 工艺技术管理：对成品采购产品制定工艺指导书，并跟踪确认板型，监督生产工艺的执行；
5. 质量管理：组织学习相关质量管理行业标准，使产品适用正确行业标准，跟踪生产过程，对突发质量事故及时采取纠正措施，跟踪外采产品的验收；
6. 计划管理：制定及审核半年度、月采购计划及生产计划，并组织实施；
7. 产品信息管理。
