1、专科以上学历，文秘或管理类毕业，有二年以上助理/文秘类相关工作经验。
2、身体健康，相貌端正，个性稳重，思维严谨，性格豁达。
3、具备较强的人际沟通能力和团队精神；能独立工作，并能承受工作压力。
4、具有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力。
5、熟练运用办公自动化操作软件。
6、具备驾照者为佳。
职位描述：
1、遵守公司的道德行为准则，为总经理提供日常行政支持工作。
2、协助公司的项目、合同完成，以及对外的商务沟通。
3、能完全领会总经理交办事宜，并能贯彻执行。
4、负责督促、检查、催办上级批件的完成。
5、为总经理有效合理安排差旅行程、会议及约见，及时准确的准备好议案，文件，报表等，并提醒按时参加。
6、对任何信息，报表，文件都予以保密，拥有特殊问题处理技巧。
7、负责纪录、整理会议纪要。
8、其他总经理交办的工作。
