　　Key accountabilities of the position

　　 Lead the team to take the initiative to develop more competitive supplier & material to head quarter for approval & ion.

　　 Responsible for the ution of Direct Procurement Operations activities as well as supplier management responsibilities （negotiating， contracting， performance management， risk management）.

　　 Manage the global sourcing process from A to Z including product planning， vendor / item approval， pricing and vendor relations.

　　 Push & continue to increase the proportion of overseas local raw material purchasing.

　　 Collaborate with support functions - Collaborate on an as-needed basis with relevant business support functions to drive operational efficiencies and maximum value-add to the business

　　 Rebuild up the fit & standardized supplier master & material master for smooth & smart raw material purchasing.

　　 Improve supplier management skill sustainably to set up and keep the strategic partnership with supplier to support our operation & development， organize supplier evaluation regularly together with relevant operation department.

　　Key requirements for the position

　　 Bachelor’s degree in Textile， Industrial Engineering， Supply Chain Management or related discipline.

　　 Minimum 6 years’ experience in Fashion & Apparel industry& minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing function in a large-scale company. Intimate garment and technical bonding experience are a plus.

　　 Good knowledge in leveraging information technology to accelerate business and process re-engineering.

　　 Involved in managing change in a multi-cultural and multi-plant environment.

　　 Willing to initiate and adapt to change in a challenging environment.

　　 Demonstrated experience implementing a product development or sourcing system across multiple countries and multiple functions.

　　 Capable to deal with people at different levels.

　　 Strong people and management skills and managing changes.

　　 Good command in written and spoken English.
