主要职责 Main Responsibilities 

1．作为公司与供应商之间重要的沟通桥梁，负责产品的生产，开发与运输。Important communication link between vendors, factories and various other parties to support the development, production and shipment of product. 

2. 维护有关供应商的生产量及生产能力的关键文件和信息，并确保产品的生产能按时完成。 Maintains key information and documentation on supplier capacity and capabilities, and lead time to support effective allocation decisions 

3. 系统地审视生产状况，WIP，解决有可能在生产和开发阶段发生的各种问题。及时沟通及协调以确保产品的质量和交货期。Systematically monitor the production status, WIP, and able to resolve issues that may occur in the production and development stage. Coordinates a timely resolution of production issues in order to reach quality and delivery objectives. 

4. 基本了解ERP系统。及时更新及维护系统数据。发现潜在问题并能够为管理者做出恰当的建议。Have basic concept regarding ERP system, maintain and update system data at a timely manner, identifies potential problems and able to make appropriate recommendations to the management. 

5. 了解并维护/加强公司的品牌形象。能够帮助新供应商理解梦特娇的品牌文化和质量标准。Understand and maintain/improve the brand image. Able to communicate with and to educate new vendors to understand Montagut’s system and standard. 

6. 维护并维持公司内部各部门之间的良好的协作关系。Maintain collaborative relationships and communications with all internal departments and branch offices. 

7. 每日与供应商沟通。Day-to-day communicating with vendors and suppliers 

8. 每天及时汇报上级工作进度及每日发生的问题。Day-to-day report to superior regarding the working progress and daily issues 





职位要求 Position Requirements 

1. 基本要求Basic 

1）专科以上学历，制衣工业/服装生产或者本科学历。Diploma in clothing technology and/or manufacturing or comparable graduation from a college or university 

2）3至5年相关领域工作经验。3-5 years of work experience in related field 

3）Fluent English in verbal and in written, speak Cantonese would be a plus 

4）良好的IT-/ERP技能，包括Exel 和Word。 能够学习和运用公司内部的数据管理系统。Good IT-/ERP-skills including Excel and Word. Comfortable with learning and using internal Product Data Management systems 

5）综合素质 Integrated Ability： 

a) 良好的沟通技能 Good communication skills 

b) 系统的，有组织的工作风格 Systematical and well organized working style 

c) 自我激励，正直、真诚，有责任心 Self motivation, integrity & take ownership 

d) 良好的规划能力 Good planing ability 

e) 能在压力下工作 Be able to work under pressure 



2. 必需要求Required 

1）良好的谈判技巧Good negotiation skills 

2）具有纺织行业知识，并具有服装产品知识。Knowledge of the textile business (work experience), have good knowledge towards high end apparel products 

3）能够独立完成后的审查。Be able to final inspection independently
