2002年公司在江苏常熟莫城兴建占地15亩、建筑面积7000平方米的现在化生产基地。同时引进了日本生产设备250台，专用设备齐全。企业现有员工400人，年生产中高档系列女装50万件（套）。公司逐步建立了一套科学化、规范化、程序化的管理制度。
